I founded my first business, Blissful Designs in 2003, and through search engine optimisation, I ranked my website in the number one position on Google for highly competitive search terms.

That single achievement transformed my business.

For almost a decade, my website consistently generated orders from across the UK and internationally, helping me build a six-figure business without relying on paid advertising or constantly chasing clients.

Before founding my first business, I worked as a professional IT trainer, teaching businesses how to use technology with confidence.
